Dr. Rajan Natarajan
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND PRESIDENT
Dr. Rajan Natarajan, a tech-entrepreneur and public servant, is the Founder & CEO of Global Alliant, which is a CMMI level 3, ISO:9001, and ISO:270001 certified IT firm. Before starting Global Alliant, he served as the Deputy Secretary of State in Maryland. His public service was mainly focused on building public/private sector trading partnerships, engage technology industry to enhance intergovernmental functions, operations, and citizen-centric services, overseeing diplomatic relationship, executing international trade missions, and coordinating legislative/executive activities. He has more than 30 years of combined experience in Information Technology, healthcare IT, bioinformatics, clinical applications, emerging technologies, software applications, improving business process automation, digital transformation and achieving enterprise operational efficiencies. As a quality driven executive, he ensures every customer’s mission critical requirement is met along with the added benefits of performance efficiency, reliability, and accuracy. Due to his depth of industry experience in life sciences R&D, business applications, and healthcare IT, his company has been able to successfully deliver several enterprise-wide healthcare projects and technology applications to state and federal agencies. “Deliver IT Right” is not just his motto but his passion.
Rajan serves on the Maryland Governor’s Cybersecurity Advisory Council and University of Maryland Board of Visitors. He has won numerous honors and awards including the National Science Foundation’s Small-Business Innovation Research Award, Maryland Leadership Award and Emerging Technology Entrepreneur of the Year Award. As a proven business & technology leader with both government and private sector senior executive experience, Rajan constantly focuses on developing and delivering high quality, scalable, and secured healthcare systems. In addition to his Ph.D. in Biotechnology, he holds two Master’s Degrees in Biosciences from the University of Madras, India, and an MBA from Michigan State University, owns one US patent, and has authored 50 research publication.

Vijay Veerappan, is a technology leader with over 15 years of diverse technical and business experience. He has been instrumental in architecting various enterprise solutions for Fortune 500 companies. He has played key roles in application modernization using emerging technologies . He brings a depth of knowledge with Cloud Computing, Agile Application Development, DevSecOps, AI/ML and Robotic Process Automation. He has been an automation champion across various organizations and was awarded the “Automation Champion of the Year” with IBM Global Services. He has managed numerous enterprise level initiatives which have resulted in multi-million dollar savings to clients. His niche is in understanding the client problems and architecting solutions to specifically address them using leading edge technologies resulting in significant savings for both the clients and internal to the organization. His broad experience with various technology areas sets Global Alliant up for continued success. He has a Bachelors in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore, India and Master’s in computer science from New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Randy Stiles
Vice President of Operations
Randy Stiles, Director of Commercial Growth and Operations for Global Alliant, Inc. leads our commercial line of business from business strategy, growth, to execution. Randy has over 25 years of IT experience working in diverse sectors, from healthcare, financial services, hospitality, and public sector clients. Randy takes a servant leader approach and strives to help clients solve the most complex problems to deliver the highest value. He is a knowledgeable professional with extensive experience leading people and projects, analyzing problems, implementing solutions, and overseeing long-term strategic programs. Randy is a dedicated agilest that manages cross-functional expertise and teams utilizing Scaled Agile Framework, scrum, hybrid-agile, iterative and waterfall methodologies. He strives hard to enable and equip clients to go beyond their believed capabilities.
Randy holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and a BS in Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is now pursuing a Masters in Christian Leadership at Dallas Theological Seminary. Randy also holds PMP, SCM and Scaled Agile certifications.

Nathan Subramanian, the Vice President of People and Delivery for Global Alliant, Inc., has over two decades of experience in providing IT solutions to the public sector and clients in the Healthcare, Banking, Telecom, and Technology domains. Nathan is dedicated and people-focused, with a proven ability to create lasting relationships. He delivers quality service and customer support beyond expectations to the clients of Global Alliant. Along with his team, he works to Deliver IT Resources Right. Nathan is an asset to the Global Alliant culture. As a hands-on leader, he collaborates with the team to support growth, innovation, and solutions for fellow employees and clients. Nathan works with the management team as a thought leader for recruiting philosophies, processes, tools, and tactics aligned with our objectives. In partnership with his team, he follows effective recruiting strategies that align with the identified talent gaps to hire the best talent for Global Alliant projects.
Nathan holds an MBA from Argosy University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from the University of Madras. He is compassionate about animals, strives to be eco-friendly to protect the environment and fight climate change.

Scott Johnson has over 30 years experience with many civilian and defense agencies, to include the FBI, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), and Department of Energy. His expertise includes quality management, knowledge management, cybersecurity resilience and Information Technology. He is a former active-duty Navy Supply Corps officer with past duty assignments with systems commands and aboard destroyer/guided missile cruiser class ships.
Scott is Security+ and Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certified and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, Master’s degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a Master’s in International Business from American University

Gideon Francis, Vice President of Growth for the Great Lakes Region. Gideon brings over 25 years of leadership experience ranging from sales, marketing, business development, and portfolio/program/project management. Results-driven and passionate Senior Program/Project Manager with 25 plus years of working experience ranging from managing and delivering a portfolio of several IT projects in Michigan. Extensive experience at the State of Michigan for more than 20 years delivering many IT projects to multiple agencies that include Treasury, Health and Human Services, Quality of Life, State Police, Department of Corrections and Counties in Michigan. Managed a team size of up to 450 members locally and globally and budgets up to $100M, with proven ability to lead, manage, administer, and deliver high-quality products and services on schedule and under budget in high-pressure environments.
Gideon coaches/mentors the younger generation in project management and heads the quality control – CMMI-related. Gideon is very active in his local community and is a firm believer in preparing future leaders. Extensive knowledge and understanding of various contact center CRM software such as Sales Forces, Dynamics, SIEBEL, etc. Proven leader with a flexible style of leadership, goal-oriented, and accountable to results as set by the organization. As the Director of Innovations and Data Engineering, Satya leads our data and analytics practice and serves as the expert in building Data-Driven Decision Support Systems, Analytic Platforms, Automation, RPA, and AI/ML products for various federal agencies. He is a leader in IT Strategy, Business Intelligence, Business Development and Technology Transformation. With over 16 years of experience in architecting technology enabled analytic solutions for signature healthcare issues, Satya has an impeccable history of delivering successful projects within Federal Healthcare - specifically the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), National Institute of Health (NIH) and Veterans Administration (VA).
Satya resides in Clarksburg, Maryland with his wife and two children. Satya is a nature enthusiast and enjoys hiking, biking, and exploring the wilderness.

Ryan T. Horan

As the Director of Global Alliant's Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO), Ryan is accountable for the oversight of our organizations’ project portfolio including project initiative selection, prioritization, and governance to align with Global Alliant's strategic roadmap. This includes brokering and aligning people, process, and tools necessary to successfully deliver initiatives on-time, on-budget, and on-value by applying the use of project management methodologies and processes to effectively manage the project delivery lifecycle.
Ryan is an accomplished award winning Information Technology leader with over 15 years of experience in various environments. Directly responsible for leading and directing multiple teams and projects on Federal, State, and Local programs including but not limited to City of Baltimore, State Highway Administration, Motor Vehicle Administration, Department of Human Services, Department of Health, amongst various Federal agencies. His leadership has ultimately led to the direct successful completion of programs ranging from $200,000 to $20,000,000 in revenue, on time and under budget.
Mr. Horan is a certified PMI, Project Management Professional , Certified Scrum Master, and Scaled Agile Framework professional. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology from Salisbury University with a minor in Psychology.

Jayendran (Jay) Duraikkannan serves as the director of Program Management. Jay brings in over 18 years of progressive experience working in the Information Technology industry and has worked for many customers in the federal civilian and health sector. Jay in his current role will work closely with Federal C-Suite executives and technology managers to solve complex organizational challenges by applying methodologies and comprehensive technical and management knowledge to various projects.
Jay holds a MS degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Oklahoma State University. Jay is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), Certified Information Systems and Security Professional (CISSP), ITIL4 and holds multiple certifications in the cloud technologies.
Jay currently lives in Northern Virginia with his wife, two kids and his pet dog. Jay is an avid long-distance runner and loves to volunteer for causes related to children's health and education.

As the Director of Information Security, Jayesh leads the Cybersecurity practice. He is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of IT experience with a proven track record in Cybersecurity, IT Strategy, Program Management and Business Development. Jayesh served as a vital component in implementing the Enterprise Cybersecurity Support Program and Security & Privacy Awareness trainings at Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). He has taken part in many FISMA systems security assessments and authorizations as well as FedRAMP assessments and authorizations.
Mr. Shete obtains a Master of Science in Information Systems from the George Washington University and holds many industry certifications in information security, project management, and process improvement such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, CSM, and ITIL v3.

Dipak has experience working for startup companies as well as Top 20 IT services companies around the globe. He believes that honest and open communication plays a vital role in recruiting, which in turn gives the best candidate experience possible.
